All our windows include high security espag locking systems with locking handles, we can also upgrade your hinges to egress easy clean, fire escape hinges, to comply with building and fire regulations.
Tilt and Turn Windows
Our Tilt and Turns windows operate in two modes they can be tilted for ventilation and open inwards like a door for cleaning purposes and as a means of escape in the event of a fire. These are compliant with building regulations and are ideal in flats or windows on the upper storeys of your home.
Our tilt and turns have a concealed hinge system with gives the frame a sleek contemporary look, the locking system can be regulated to allow the window to tilt only which gives peace of mind especially if you have adventurous children. As a further safety measure restrictors can allow be surface mounted.
